John was very responsive and communicative prior to arriving. We walked my property discussing past pest control, what I was doing with the house inside / outside and together we came up with a plan. He listened intently because little things I shared about what was going to be fixed on the exterior would definitely impede his pest control plan. I was very impressed with this level of engagement and follow up.

I would highly recommend John owner and operator of Homeschool Pest Control. He was responsive to our call, professional, reasonable priced and knowledgeable about pest control. He answered all our questions and came back within the week to perform the service. He was a great find.

Old School Pest Control provides a professional and customized service. We have a second home in North Creek, NY and John communicates with us before the service and then provides photos of exterior bait station locations after he is done. His pricing is very reasonable and his customer service is 100% better than a corporate pest control service.

John was the only company that was willing to come out and take care of our wasp infestation at 930pm. We literally called 17 companies and every single one of them didn’t want to come out today to take care of the wasps. Other companies were trying to sell me other services instead of listening to me and my issue. At the end of every conversation, all I heard was, “we can come tomorrow or Monday at the latest.” John said, “I’ll be there in 35 minutes.” Which was fantastic because we really had an emergency. Wasps (which I thought were bees) were flying all around my house as if they owned it. John arrived at my home on time and ready to do the job. He removed some Sheetrock (which was already damaged) where the wasps were coming out from and got rid of our issues. It was a messy job but he cleaned up after himself and took out the nest which was a larger than a softball. Did I mention he had to climb about 20 feet to reach the ceiling? Thank God for John. On top of everything that he did, he was reasonably priced. My family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for coming out so late and after hours. We greatly appreciate you and your service. I would 1000% recommend old school pest control.

Excellent customer service and kind professional service! John sprayed our home for carpenter ants and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the reasonable cost. We would highly recommend the company to our friends & family!
