Rodent control is a multi-part process. Removing problem rodents from your house is only the first of several steps that you must take to ensure your home remains rodent-free.

• Step One: Removal
  We accomplish this first step through the use of baiting and trapping. We check the traps weekly for four weeks, then reassess the infestation. If rodents are still present, we’ll continue to work to remove them. If they are gone, we’ll move onto the next step in the process.
• Step Two: Sanitation
  When rodents get into your house, they leave a mess behind. If you don’t clean up their urine and feces, it can cause health problems for your family. Coming into contact with the contaminated feces can cause illnesses like salmonellosis. Also, if any particles get in the air, you could start dealing with respiratory issues.During the sanitation process, we will clean up areas with rodent droppings. We’ll then sanitize those areas to ensure the cleanliness of the affected spaces.
• Step Three: Insulation Removal & Replacement
  Rodents often damage insulation during their stay in your house, both by using it for nesting and with their urine and feces. If this is the case in your home, we’ll remove the damaged insulation and replace it with new insulation. The insulation we use is pest resistant, highly energy-efficient, and fire retardant.
• Step Four: Exclusion
  It’s not enough to remove your rodent problem if you want to avoid a repeat performance. In order to stop a new infestation, you must seal up any entry points that rodents can use to get inside. We offer minor exclusion work up to 30 feet high on your house. Upon request, we can also perform exclusion work higher than 30 feet. Larger projects and the installation of door sweeps are also available at an additional cost.
